Chief Executive Officer (CEO) 

Laurin, CEO and Principal Consultant of Battle Plan Strategic Consulting, LLC has over 10 years of diverse experience across the public and private sectors in project/program management, healthcare, public health, communications, process improvement, career consulting, as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Laurin has utilized her experience and expertise to provide instrumental support to various Fortune 500 companies, as well as federal agencies. A lifelong learner, Laurin earned her Master of Public Health with a certificate in Health Management and Policy from Benedictine University in 2019. In 2020 and 2021, Laurin acquired her Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, as well as Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Over the last ten months, Laurin has assisted clients with acquiring internal promotions and new jobs with cumulative salary increases totaling over $1M. Laurin loves being able to utilize her professional development expertise to assist others, especially those belonging to marginalized communities, with climbing the Corporate Ladder, as well as fulfilling their professional development goals and endeavors.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Bethany, Chief Operating Officer of Battle Plan Strategic Consulting, LLC, has spent the last ten years as a Consultant and Program Analyst. She is well-versed in partnering with federal agencies and nonprofits to develop and implement strategic plans, resulting in optimized processes and functionality. She knows what drives excellent customer service, and executes via detail-oriented administration, knowledge management, as well as training facilitation. Bethany holds a Bachelor of Science in Christian Education from H.E. Wood Bible Institute of Theological Seminary International, and is professionally trained in SharePoint Knowledge Management and Analytics.

Operations Manager

Tiffani, Operations Manager at Battle Plan Strategic Consulting, LLC, is a strategic leader with approximately 20 years of experience across early childhood education, training (including curriculum development and facilitation), project management, human resources, marketing, budget management, as well as event coordination/execution. Tiffani is data-driven, with the demonstrated ability to utilize metrics to formulate and execute performance improvement initiatives. She is recognized for providing valuable input, resulting in higher quality work environments, as well as improved operations and administrative processes.

Virtual Assistant

Reah, the Virtual Assistant responsible for supporting Battle Plan Strategic Consulting’s C-Suite executives, as well as the Operations Manager, is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science with a major in Animal Science. Reah is an early career professional with an eye for detail, who has a passion for digital art and knows how to expertly utilize various programs to efficiently and effectively support Battle Plan’s marketing, strategic planning, and career consulting operations.
