Three drafts are included with your purchase.

Once you purchase, a form will be emailed directly to you. Upon completion of that form, which is where you will upload your current resume, Battle Plan Strategic Consulting will deliver the first draft of your document within 5-7 business days (please note, all federal holidays are observed and not included in the business day count). If you purchase a RUSH service (for an additional fee), then the first draft of your document will be delivered within one business day. Please note, this is 5-7 business days PER DRAFT, and services are rendered in order (e.g., Resume, Cover Letter, LinkedIn, Job Search/Templates), and dependent upon your timely feedback. If time is of the essence, please purchase a RUSH.

There are no refunds once the first draft of your document is delivered, or your LinkedIn/Career Consultation/Interview Prep service is executed. However, if your service has not been fulfilled, a full refund is allowed up to 14 days after the date of purchase. No refunds will be processed after 14 days from the date of purchase.

Please submit an inquiry via the Contact Us form identifying what you want included in your package, and an invoice can be generated. Packages are typically cheaper than buying items a la carte.

Yes, 100% payment is required upfront.

Battle Plan does not offer payment plans at this time.
